Hallman Recycling was founded in 2011 and is owned and operated by Justin and Kaitlyn Paschal. What began as a small, local operation has grown into a trusted name in the recycling industry, thanks to their vision and tenacity. Rooted in their shared commitment to doing business the right way, Hallman Recycling has built its reputation on being customer-focused, dependable, and trusted—values that guide every interaction and service they provide.

Today, Hallman Recycling proudly serves over 200 industrial clients and more than 800 local customers each month across two locations. With a capacity to process over 3,000 tons of recyclable materials monthly, the company has become a reliable partner in the recycling industry.
