Raised in Oglethorpe County, Ben carried a strong work ethic from early on into a successful college baseball career at Young Harris and over 20 years in the industry. Now in his seventh year with Hallman Recycling—and a decade-long association overall—Ben continues to bring valuable experience and commitment to the team.
Will Ussery

Born and raised in the Lake Oconee area, Will has over a decade of experience in the industry. For nearly two years, he has brought the customer-first mindset to Hallman Recycling, helping build lasting partnerships and skilled contributions to our team.

As one of the founders of HB & Sons in 1981, Tony has been a dedicated force in the business from the very beginning. Since the acquisition of HB & Sons by Hallman Recycling in 2024, Tony has continued to bring valuable industry experience and deep-rooted knowledge to the team.

Business Development Specialist
Michaela grew up in the Greene/Morgan County area and graduated with a Marketing degree from Georgia College & State University.
