Frequently Asked Questions

We’re always here to help! Please contact us if you have further questions.

  • What metals do you buy?

Steel, copper, aluminum and more! Click here to visit our “Metals We Buy’ page to learn more.

  • How is metal priced?

Metal prices are based on current market rates, which fluctuate daily due to global supply and demand. Our team prices your materials fairly and accurately based on weight, type, and current value. View the current prices here.

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

Absolutely! We welcome you to bring by your metal Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. We are located at 127 Lower Harmony Road in Eatonton, Georgia.

  • What should I bring with me besides my metal?

If it’s your first time selling to us, state law requires a valid photo ID. We’ll also need your basic contact information to process payment.

  • How does the drop-off process work?

Bring your scrap metal to our scale house. Be prepared to unload — we’ll assist if needed. We sort, weigh, and price your materials. You receive a check on the spot.

  • Do you offer help with sorting or identifying metals?

Yes! If you’re unsure about what you have, our team can help sort and identify your scrap materials. Just ask — we offer custom assistance for unusual items, estate clean-outs, and more.

  • Can I recycle a large amount of scrap at once?

Absolutely. If you have more than just a few items, consider scheduling a roll-off container. We deliver it to your property, you load it, and we haul it away.

  • What is your payment timeline for industrial scrap?

For industrial clients using trailers, checks are issued 15 days after we receive the load and complete pricing based on material weight and type.

  • What if I don’t know exactly what I need to recycle?

No problem. Our team offers custom assistance and can walk you through your options, assess your materials, and help develop the most efficient recycling plan for your site.
